We supply truck and trailer accessories including toolboxes, hydraulic oil tanks, water tanks and related products.

Orders

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

Freight & Delivery

  • Products are dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse
  • Delivery times will vary depending on location
  • Freight charges will apply unless otherwise agreed in writing

Important:

  • Risk transfers to the customer once goods are dispatched
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect goods upon delivery

Freight Offers

From time to time, we may offer:

  • Free freight on initial orders
  • Reduced freight on future orders

These offers:

  • Are at our discretion
  • May be withdrawn at any time
  • May be subject to minimum order values

Returns & Claims

We will work with customers to resolve any issues, however:

  • Claims for damage or incorrect goods must be made within a reasonable timeframe
  • Products must not be used or modified before a claim is made
  • Return freight arrangements will be determined on a case-by-case basis HOWEVER, the customer must pay for the return freight before we can come to a final determination once we inspect the return goods.

We reserve the right to:

  • repair
  • replace
  • or credit goods

at our discretion

Use of Products

All products must be:

  • installed correctly
  • used for their intended purpose

We are not liable for:

  • incorrect installation
  • misuse
  • modification of products

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss
  • Our liability is limited to:
    • replacement of goods
    • repair
    • or refund

Website Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the website
  • attempt to interfere with its operation
